Challenge & Solution

Over 500 COVID-19 samples sequenced from across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa using the MinION platform, aiding real-time genomic surveillance and variant tracking. The project contributed critical data to national and global databases (e.g., GISAID) during the pandemic.
