Challenge & Solution

Under a PKR 4.34 million grant, ACGT conducted comprehensive WGS of SARS-CoV-2 samples from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The initiative supported the integration of local sequencing into national response frameworks and strengthened provincial public health infrastructure.
